Shafter, Calif. – December 2017 – Lennar is excited to kick-off the holiday season with a great event on Saturday, December 9th at Gossamer Grove’s Flight Park. Gossamer Grove residents, prospective homebuyers and members of the public are invited to attend the free event, which runs from 4:30 – 7 p.m.
“We are so excited to light-up our permanent Christmas tree at Gossamer Grove’s Flight Park. The models surrounding the park will also be lit up for the season,” said Susan Wilke, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Lennar Central California. “This event going to be packed full of holiday cheer and fun for the whole family, especially the little ones.”
Attendees will get to enjoy hot cocoa and decorate cookies while watching the community’s Christmas-themed Parade of Wagons and annual Christmas Tree Lighting. Once the lights go on and the parade concludes, attendees will head over for photos with Santa, followed by more treats. Plus, prospective homeshoppers will have the opportunity to learn more about the community and tour the model homes.

Gossamer Grove is a masterplanned community that will be built atop more than 1,000 acres and will include more than 3,000 homes, two schools, ten parks including Flight Park, meant to pay homage to Shafter’s deep-rooted history in aviation, and commercial and retail development, including city services.

Fresno, Calif. – November 2017 – Lennar’s newest community to Fresno is Summer Grove, which will feature the Chateau Series and launch presales before the end of the year.
This community will feature five distinctive floor plans for home shoppers to choose from and prospective homebuyers are encouraged to sign up for the interest list. Interest list members will receive pre-released pricing, updates and the first choice of home sites.

Located in Fresno at Olive and Polk Streets, homes in this community will be released in December. Floor plans vary from one to two-stories, three to five bedrooms and two to four bathrooms, with square footage ranging from approximately 1,766 to 3,167 square feet.
Within the luxurious Chateau Series at Summer Grove is the Camelot plan, which features one of Lennar’s dynamic Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® floorplans.
