Lennar announced their newest gated community of estate-style luxury homes will open in 2020 at The Lakes masterplan above Rancho Santa Fe. The Interest List for this community is now forming on www.lennar.com/sd with plans to offer pre-model sales opportunities in January.

Lennar at Scouters Mountain, Lennar’s newest development in Happy Valley, opened its doors to the public on December 7th and was met with great success.
