Joanne and Michael find their dream home and community in Heritage at Cadence.

Joanne Parsons and Michael Morrow lived in the area for years until one day, they decided to go check out a new development: Heritage at Cadence by Lennar, in Henderson, Nevada.

“One Saturday, we said, ‘Oh let’s go out for a drive and look at those new homes that are up off Galleria and Warm Springs,’ and then saw a sign for Cadence that said 55 and over community and thought, oh that sounds intriguing,” Joanne recalled. “That’s how we stumbled onto the model homes, we met Laurie (a Lennar New Home Consultant) and fell in love – the rest is history.”

I have my own small work bench, I bought another work table and it’s just been fun. Assembling things we even bought for the new home – I have a place out in the garage to do that.”

“The big open floorplan allows us to be together no matter what we are doing for the most part. We can fit quite a few people in here very comfortably.
