Online pre-qualifications anticipated to begin in early November

The Lilac collection will feature detached and duplex-style homes in a variety of single and two-story designs, all offering first floor owner’s suites. Floorplans will offer two to four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. Homes in this collection will provide 1,199 to 2,237 square feet of living space.
The Woodlands collection offers some of the largest home designs available at the masterplan, including one and two-story floorplans all featuring first-floor owner’s suites for single-level living. Designs in this collection provide three to four bedrooms and two to three and one-half bathrooms with 1,738 to 2,528 square feet of living space.
