Lennar has partnered with Overstock to help home shoppers bring a beautifully designed look into their own homes through a model home at Lennar’s Jordanelle Ridge community in Heber City. One of their model homes showcasing the Residence M floorplan will feature furnishings and décor that attendees can shop and style on their own for a limited time only.

Lennar’s interior design team worked with Overstock to select each piece of furniture and décor to help style the model home, all while providing options from a wide array of brands and at a variety of price points, all of which are available on Overstock’s website.
The shoppable model home provides a one-stop shopping experience. With a huge catalog of beautiful home goods, amazing everyday deals and free shipping on U.S. orders to the lower 48 states, home shoppers can make the home of their dreams into a reality on any budget.
Those interested in attending will need to visit Lennar’s Canyons collection at their Jordanelle Ranch community. To get a sneak peek of the shoppable model, you can visit the community on Saturday, May 13th.
The Canyon Series is a collection of brand-new townhomes that provide high-style design and layouts, with two floorplans that range from approximately 1,663 to 1,714 square feet of living space. There are also two other collections that will be featured, including single-family homes. These floorplans provide three to five bedrooms and two and one-half to three bathrooms, with an interest list currently forming.
