Lennar Houston recently opened their first model home in Tavola, Friendswood Development Company’s newest master-planned community located just seven miles north of Kingwood off US 59.
Tavola, an Italian word that refers to a table or a gathering place for meals, is the first exit north of the intersection of the future Grand Parkway that will offer residents easy and convenient access to virtually every area of Houston. Located in the New Caney Independent School District, Tavola is the location for the area’s newest elementary school – Tavola Elementary, which will open in August, 2015 and serves students in grades Pre-K through fifth.
