The New Jersey Builders Association’s 2014 “Community of the Year” continues to rack up impressive sales numbers, as buyers from Burlington County, Mercer County, Middlesex County and the entire Route 1 corridor look to take advantage of some of the best values in the state.

Lennar’s River Walk townhome community in Burlington Township is coming off of its best month of sales since opening to the public.
