Lennar Tampa showcases its new low maintenance Meadow Pointe Claridge Townhomes with luxury community amenities in Wesley Chapel just north of New Tampa.
Mark Metheny, Tampa division president for Lennar, said the community features new lavishly decorated model townhomes and an array of amenities in the 1,800 acre CDD of Meadow Pointe. Newly completed move-in ready townhomes are priced from the $130s.
Metheny said 88 one and two-story townhomes are planned at Meadow Pointe Claridge Townhomes in three distinct open plan designs with three and four bedrooms.
Lennar’s new townhomes at Meadow Pointe come with the homebuilder’s “Everything’s Included” pledge, Metheny said. “That means stainless steel appliances, granite or quartz countertops, maple wood cabinets and additional features already included in the Lennar purchase price.”
