“Act now!”
We’ve all been implored to do so, perhaps because some limited-time deal is too good to pass up.
Or maybe, as is the case at Lennar communities across the Lowcountry, prices just refuse to stay low for long: purchase prices have been on the rise since the beginning of the year!
And it appears the trend will continue for the foreseeable future.
“If you’re considering purchasing a new home, now really is the time to buy,” said Jason Byham, the Lennar Coastal Carolinas Division president.
One place a lot of people have been looking is Lennar’s newest Lowcountry community, the 558-home Coosaw Preserve. Buyers are buzzing about the coming resort-style pool and pavilion, playgrounds, stunning waterfront home sites along ponds located throughout the community, proximity to downtown Summerville, Wannamaker Park and Wescott Country Club, a short walking distance to area schools, and a serene, secluded setting.
A location just off Patriot Boulevard that’s convenient to the Palmetto Commerce Parkway doesn’t hurt either. Nor do the 110 acres of natural wetlands within and surrounding Coosaw Preserve.
“It’s the largest and most ambitious community that we’ve launched in the Charleston area, and I think it’s a game-changer in terms of the perception of what Lennar can offer,” Byham said.
Times are exciting at other Charleston-are Lennar communities, as well:
- Moss Grove (Moncks Corner): The new Sandpiper Series collection was just introduced. That means new homes start at $169,990. Also a new model is coming this spring, located off the secondary entrance on Highway 17A.
- Lindera Preserve (Summerville): New model – Marion from the Coastal Series collection – coming in spring.
- Hunters Bend (Ladson): New model – Evans from the Arbor Series collection – is coming this spring .
- Spencer Creek Woods (Ladson): Final phase released for sales.
- More Communities: Homebuyers should be on the lookout for new and exciting communities coming to the Charleston area this spring
All Lennar communities feature the signature Everything’s Included™ program, which offers desirable luxury features in each home’s base price. Where other builders charge tens of thousands of extra dollars for “upgrades” such as stainless steel appliance packages and granite countertops, Lennar includes them at no additional cost.
