New Lennar homes now selling in three Seattle area communities

Since the start of spring, Lennar has debuted three beautiful communities throughout Seattle with an array of homes designed to meet the needs of a wide variety of homebuyers. The builder encourages interested homeshoppers to tour the beautifully decorated model homes at the three communities to experience the unique neighborhoods and home designs first hand.

“We are thrilled with the success we’ve seen at our newest Seattle area communities,” said Bill Salvesen, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Lennar Seattle. “If you are in the market for a new home in a premiere location, I encourage you to visit one of our Welcome Home Centers to see what we have in store for you.”

Located in Federal Way, Lennar’s Christy’s Crossing community features two to three-story floorplans available from the high $300,000s. These homes offer approximately 2,300 to 3,400 square feet of living space with three to five bedrooms and two and one-half to three and one-half bathrooms. The community also features Lennar’s two new basement floorplans, the Columbia and Ballinger which include all the extra space you need.

Homes at Christy’s Crossing are nestled within lush green belts and the community features several children’s play areas including a basketball court. Plus, Christy’s Crossing is conveniently located near major highways and is just 25 miles south of Seattle and 13 miles north of Tacoma.
