Final opportunity to purchase two popular Lennar floorplans in Bakersfield

Lennar Central Valley is retiring the Windsor and Georgetown, two of their most popular Cambridge Collection home designs. Four Georgetown homes and three Windsor homes remain, of which four are available now for quick move – in. This is the final opportunity to purchase one of these homes and the builder encourages prospective homebuyers to act quickly.

“Our Windsor and Georgetown homes have been a fan favorite among our homebuyers,” said Susan Wilke, Vice President of Marketing for Lennar Central Valley. “I encourage interested buyers to tour our model homes before these beautiful floorplans are no longer available.”

A large front bay window, wrap around front porch and tower-like roof lines give the Windsor home striking curb appeal. Two-story vaulted ceilings lead the way into the open and modern floorplan with approximately 2,658 square feet of living space. The main level has a master bedroom with walk-in closet and luxurious master bath. Three other bedrooms are located upstairs.

One Windsor home is available now from the mid $300,000s at Lennar’s Mountain Gate community, located at McKee & Mtn. Ridge. The charming neighborhood is located near excellent schools, dining, shopping, freeways and outdoor recreation.

The second floorplan Lennar is retiring, the Georgetown, has charming shuttered windows and an expansive front porch. The approximately 2,566 square foot, two-story home has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The welcoming foyer leads the way into the open-concept kitchen with walk-in pantry and eat-island.

Available from the mid $300,000s, one Georgetown home is available at each of the following Lennar communities; Summerlyn, Blackhawk and Mountain Gate. You will need to act fast because once these homes are gone, they will not be returning to Lennar communities in Bakersfield.

Homebuyers will discover an entirely new way to purchase a home with Lennar’s Everything’s Included® program. Through the program, many features typically thought of as add-ons or extras are included at no extra cost.
