The wait is over to tour Lennar’s new homes in Lacey at Campus Reserve. Lennar invites interested homeshoppers to the community Grand Opening on Saturday, October 3 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will be the first opportunity to tour the homebuilder’s beautifully and professionally decorated model homes. Attendees can enjoy refreshments and a complimentary lunch from the Biscuit Box.

The homebuilder will offer seven unique floorplans for buyers to choose from at Campus Reserve. Homes start from the upper $200,000s and range in size from approximately 1914 to 2642 square feet with up to four bedrooms.
The Aspen, Rosewood and Juniper craftsman style homes will be available for the first time at Campus Reserve. All homes are two-story with two-car attached garages, open concept kitchen and living spaces with dens and tech spaces included per plan.
