With seven new communities, the Charlotte division is prepared to meet the demands of one of the southeast’s hottest markets with an average of 42 people moving into the area each day.
Ranked third in the 2015 PwC and Urban Land Institute’s “Real Estate Markets to Watch”, Charlotte continues to enjoy a housing boom thanks in part to an affordable cost of living coupled with a thriving workforce, growing at 4% YOY. With low mortgage rates, Lennar’s plan in 2016 will be to help thousands more families find the home of their dreams by expanding to 21 area communities, highlighted by a continued effort to keep home ownership attainable with the value of Everything’s Included ® and conservation awareness to build energy efficient homes.

Each community offers Lennar’s Everything’s Included ® program with features that most homebuilders charge extra for from Energy Star certified appliances such as tankless water heaters, energy efficient lights and power hubs with charging stations. New communities in 2016 include:
- The Grove Townhomes: Indian Land, S.C.

- Millbridge: Waxhaw, N.C.

- Lakemont: Huntersville, N.C.
Opening in the fall of 2016, Lakemont will feature luxury homes and amenities including a learning lawn and walking trails.
