Located in a growing area of Murfreesboro, Brighton Park is perfect for homeowners who want easy access to public parks, shopping, and great public schools. Q. When can I purchase a new home at Brighton Park?
A. NOW! New homes are already selling in Brighton Park!

Q. When can I move in?
A. We expect our first homes to be complete in late summer 2016.

Q. What are the homesite sizes?

Q. Do you have single story plans?
A. YES, Choral  and Jupiter plans offer single-story living.

Q. Do you have master down plans?
A. YES, ALL  plans offer a master bedroom on the first level!

Q. How many homesites will there be at Brighton Park?
A. Brighton Park will have about 300 homesites total, and Lennar’s first phase will offer about 24 homesites. For a site map of Lennar’s first phase, request one here.

Q. Are you building Lennar’s The Home Within A Home at Brighton Park?

Q:What does Everything’s Included® mean at Brighton Park?
A: Everything’s Included is our promise to you that most of the features that other builders are going to charge you for are included at Brighton Park. This means whole home window blinds, all kitchen appliances (dishwasher, range, refrigerator, and microwave), hardwoods in kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining room and foyer, an owner’s suite with separate tub and shower with ceramic tile, side entry garage, and four sides brick. Q: How do I get to Brighton Park?
A: From Nashville, take 24 East to Exit 78A
Exit on 78A, and turn right on Hwy 96
Turn Left on Rucker Lane
Brighton Park will be on your right, slightly past Meadowwood Drive
