A: Everything’s Included is our promise to you that most of the features that other builders are going to charge you for are included at Brighton Park. This means whole home window blinds, all kitchen appliances (dishwasher, range, refrigerator, and microwave), hardwoods in kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining room and foyer, an owner’s suite with separate tub and shower with ceramic tile, side entry garage, and four sides brick.
