One of the perks of buying a home in a master-planned community is the ability to tour a variety of model homes to help decide which floor plan and package of features best suit the buyer’s needs. Often times, homebuilders provide models for one or two of their homes, so potential buyers must rely on their imaginations to see how other floor plans would look.
To eliminate the guessing game, Lennar is introducing a new way for buyers to shop in Pasco County with a model home showcase center in Concord Station, fittingly named “Easy Street.” It’s part of the introduction of a new series of homes offered by Lennar.
The Showcase Center debuts 13 of Lennar’s newly launched floor plans and outfits them with some of the homebuilder’s most popular luxury features to create “The Legacy Series.” The features showcased include GE® stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and ceramic tile flooring, which are all included in the list price of the home as part of Lennar’s “Everything’s Included” approach.

Easy Street visitors can tour one- and two-story homes ranging in size from 1,612 to 3,770 square feet with three to five bedrooms. Each home has a two-car garage and some offer extra space designed as a home office or game room. Prices start in the $240s.
