Lennar grand opens active adult community, Heritage El Dorado Hills on Saturday, April 2

After seeing a rising need for a premier, age qualified community in the area, Lennar designed the highly anticipated Heritage El Dorado Hills. Buyers will now have the opportunity to tour the nine beautifully and professionally decorated model homes during the Grand Opening celebration on Saturday, April 2! Join Lennar from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. for music, fun, food and the chance to win some fabulous prizes.

“This new community will afford an outstanding quality of life for active adults in the area,” said Laura Kilgore, Director of Marketing for Lennar Sacramento. “I encourage prospective homebuyers to act fast and visit us during the Grand Opening to get one step closer to living the life they’ve been waiting for at Heritage El Dorado Hills.”

Heritage El Dorado Hills is a new solar home master-planned community for active adults 55+ that offers three collections of homes, with 15 unique floorplans, ranging from approximately 1,230 to 2,993 square feet of living space. Lennar plans to have a total of approximately 1,060 single-family homes, built in phases, at Heritage El Dorado Hills. The community currently features three distinct home collections– Mosaic, Legends and Estates.

“Our goal is to meet the needs of a wide variety of buyers with the distinct homes that will be featured within the community. We truly have a home for everyone,” said Kilgore.

The Estates collection and Legends collection feature signature Lennar The Home Within A Home® floorplans designed to accommodate dual living situations. An attached suite features a private living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, laundry and separate entrance. . “These homes are different than anything you’ve seen from other builders. They are not dual master suites, they are essentially two homes under one roof,” said Kilgore.

Lennar has distinguished itself as a leader in the industry in part by including many highly sought after features in their new homes. Large kitchen islands, granite countertops, upgraded cabinetry, gourmet stainless steel appliances and many other features are included at no extra cost. Homes also include many energy-saving features such as solar electric systems that reduce monthly utility costs while improving overall home quality.

Residents will also enjoy exclusive access to pristine amenities. The approximately 5,000 square foot resident’s only fitness center, The Retreat includes a gym with state-of-the-art equipment, covered pool, spa, locker rooms and aerobics room. In addition, The Retreat features tennis and pickle ball courts, bocce ball area, outdoor seating, fire pit and area for community events on the five acre site. In the future phases, Heritage El Dorado Hills will offer a dog park, community garden, multi-use trail system and other elements that support an active and healthy lifestyle.

A future community Clubhouse, currently in design, may include an additional pool and spa, central gathering room, meeting/activity rooms, entertainment areas, catering kitchen and offices.

Heritage El Dorado Hills’ Welcome Home Center is located at The Retreat, located at 9039 Heritage Parkway, off Carson Crossing Drive, just south of Golden Foothill Parkway. For more information or directions to the grand opening, visit www.lennar.com or call (916) 293-7650.
