Last weekend, Lennar Reno celebrated the grand opening of two premier neighborhoods, Rosso and Bianco at Cabernet Highlands. More than a hundred people came out for the event and homes were sold during the initial opening weekend.

Rosso at Cabernet Highlands will feature three distinctive single-story floorplans for buyers to choose from: The Comstock, The Ponderosa and The Shire, The Home Within a Home.
The Comstock provides approximately 2,200 square feet of living space that includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den and three-bay garage. The Ponderosa model features approximately 2,400 square feet with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a three-bay garage.
The Home Within a Home, the Shire, boasts approximately 2,547 square feet of living space and includes an attached private suite complete with separate entrance, living room, bedroom, kitchenette and laundry area. The Shire offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms in total, along with a spacious three-bay garage.
Bianco at Cabernet Highlands features three more distinctive single-story plans to choose from. The Juniper gives approximately 1,950 square feet of space with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private dining room and a two-bay garage. The spacious Sandstone plan provides four bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms and a two-bay garage across approximately 2,175 square feet.
