With an eye on expanding its presence in northwest Houston, Lennar has opened a fully furnished model home in the Cypress community of Fair Meadows where the Houston homebuilder is offering new homes from the $260s.
Open daily at 15515 Dunsmore Cliff Trace, Lennar’s new showcase model home in Fair Meadows features a formal dining room, handsome study, family room with corner fireplace, island kitchen with breakfast nook, inviting master suite, spacious secondary bedrooms and game room.
Fifteen single and two-story plans from Lennar’s Brookstone and Vista Collections, ranging from 2,047 – 3,360 square feet, also offer features such as first-floor master suite, mud room, covered rear patio and optional media room.
Quick move-in homes by Lennar also are available.
Also new to Fair Meadows is Lennar’s The Home Within a Home series of homes, two homes under one roof, combining the features of a luxury home with a full private suite featuring separate and private front entry, bedroom, bathroom, optional laundry area, kitchenette and living area.
To reach Fair Meadows, head west on Highway 290 and take the Mueschke Road exit. Turn right on Mueschke Road and then turn left into the community just past Towering Cypress Drive.
