What’s not to do around Majestic Gardens? Magnificently situated less than three miles from historic downtown Frisco, the Lennar community is enveloped with more things to do than anyone could hope for—many within a mere 10-mile radius.
Even the keenest of couch potatoes could be lured beyond Majestic Gardens, which already offers a park, picnic area, a playground, walking trails and ample green space for a day’s leisure.
At your fingertips, Frisco’s Sports City USA claims seven professional sports teams, including indoor football, lacrosse, soccer, basketball and hockey. That even doesn’t include the iconic Dallas Cowboys, whose World Headquarters features the 12,000-seat Ford Center at The Star, where they practice and high school teams get to play.
There’s more. How about floating on the Choctaw Lazy River while watching minor-league baseball at Dr Pepper Ballpark—arguably the most distinctive view for a professional sporting event? You can play soccer at the fields next to Toyota Stadium, a mere 1.4 miles from Majestic Gardens.
For those who aren’t sports-inclined, the community is within minutes of even more recreational, cultural, entertainment and leisure activities.
Stonebriar Country Club, Plantation Golf Club, The Trails of Frisco Golf Club and Frisco Lakes Golf Course offer world-class links. Almost too many parks to count, with greenways, walking trails, disc golf and a fishing pier, surround Majestic Gardens. And adjacent Little Elm, “The Town with the Lake Attitude,” lies on the banks of a water lover’s dream: the 29,000-acre Lake Lewisville, one of the largest in north Texas.
Back in Frisco, geek out at the National Videogame Museum. Step back in time at the Frisco Heritage Center. Get on track at the Museum of the American Railroad.
Add to all that, shopping havens such as Frisco Market Center and Parkway Towne Crossing are within four miles of Majestic Gardens. And Frisco is alive with community activities. Those include one of the Dallas area’s biggest July Fourth fireworks displays, stargazing through telescopes at Frisco Starfest every second Saturday and the free Music on the Square series in June.
