Chula Vista, Calif. – February 2019 – Lennar is excited to announce they will Grand Open the new models at Valencia, which showcase all of the homebuilder’s signature Everything’s Included® features that come at no additional cost. Home shoppers can come tour the models on Saturday, February 23. The models will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. while complimentary food from the Super Q Food Truck and a kid’s bounce house will be available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
