Monarch features a series of condominiums that are now selling. Similar to Landing, the building has sold out of its one-bedroom homes but has a handful of two to three bedroom and two bathroom options. Sizes range from approximately 1,070 to 1,770 square feet and prices start from the high $800,000s.
