Lennar is excited to invite home shoppers to the Grand Opening of four new model homes on Saturday, Janaury 25 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Attendees will get to enjoy fresh baked cookies, espresso drinks and the first opportunity to tour the professionally-decorated model homes.

At Lennar’s two other neighborhoods, home shoppers will find more designs to choose from that range from approximately 2,350 to up to 3,862 square feet, with prices from the upper $400,000s to the $600,000s.
