Lennar is thrilled to announce a brand-new collection of home designs at Riverstone, located off Highway 41 and Ave. 12, will be released for sale on Friday, June 12. The Coronet Series is a new twist off of the classic Chateau Series, with new exterior styles and layouts to provide a fresh and revamped take.
“We are so excited to release this new series of home designs here at Riverstone,” said Susan Wilke, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Lennar Central Valley. “We had so many people love the Chateau Series, and for those who do – they will fall in love with the Coronet Series even more.”
The Coronet Series offers five distinctive floorplans to choose from. Featuring single and two-story designs, the homes range from approximately 1,787 to 3,167 square feet, with up to five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a two to three-bay garages. Lennar will also offer one of their coveted Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® designs in the Coronet Series, the Rhapsody floorplan.
Each home will come complete with Lennar’s signature Everything’s Included® program, providing upgrades and features such as stainless-steel appliances, integrated home automation and Wi-Fi CERTIFIED™ designs for whole-home connectivity at no additional cost.
Lennar is also now selling new homes from three other collections at Riverstone: the Chateau Series, the Pinnacle Series and the Skye Series.
