Lennar is excited to announce two brand-new collections of home designs are coming soon to The Brambles, located on Copper Drive and Willow Avenue, in Fresno. The Brambles first sales release is anticipated for this late December, early January of 2021.

The Starling Townhomes collection will offer three unique floorplans to choose from, all which provide 1,383 square feet of living space with two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two-bay garages.
The Wilde Series of attached homes will also offer three distinctive floorplan options, with sizes that range from 1,893 to 2,169 square feet, three to four bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms and two-bay garages.
Each home will come complete with Lennar’s signature Everything’s Included® program, which outfits each new residence with a series of upgrades as standard. Features such as stainless steel appliances, granite or quartz countertops, integrated home automation and Wi-Fi CERTIFIED™ designs for whole-home connectivity will come included at no additional cost.
Lennar Central Valley has new Self-Guided Tours available by appointment only from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. at all active WHC across the Central Valley.
