– Adventure at Shadow Rock features three distinctive floorplans to choose from with sizes that range from approximately 1,792 to 2,590 square feet of living space. With single and two-story homes available, these residences will provide three to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms and two-bay garages.
– Exploration at Shadow rock offers four floorplans to choose from, including one of Lennar’s Superhome plans. Sizes will range from approximately 2,140 to 4,122 square feet with three to seven bedrooms, two to four and one-have bathrooms and two-bay with storage to three-bay garages. Exploration will feature the ultimate Superhome design with a Flex Gen and Next Gen suites, both with private entrances. The Next Gen® suite will include a bedroom, full bathroom, living room, laundry area and kitchenette, while the Flex Gen suite will include a private office, open office, small kitchenette, storage closet, half-sized bathroom and a Drop Stop area to store packages and deliveries.
