Lennar Bay Area has launched the Local Heroes1 and Repeat Homebuyer2 programs as a way for homebuyers to save money on their new Lennar home. The two programs provide up to $2,000 toward closing costs for homebuyers who qualify when they purchase a select new Lennar quick move-in home in the greater Bay Area between December 1st, 2020—November 15th, 2021 and close by November 30th, 2021 when financing through Lennar Mortgage.

The Local Heroes program seeks to honor all active duty and veteran servicemembers persons past and present who served in the Armed Forces, as well as educators, public safety and healthcare professionals looking to purchase a new home in the area. The Repeat Homebuyer program applies to Bay Area Lennar homeowners, past and present, on the purchase of a new Lennar home.
These programs apply to all select new Lennar homes across the Bay Area, which consist of more than 30 active communities that stretch from Gilroy up to Solano County. Each home Lennar builds also showcases the homebuilder’s signature Everything’s Included® program, which provides features and upgrades; such as stainless-steel appliances, integrated home automation, granite or quartz kitchen countertops and more at no additional cost.
