Experience the magic of the season across a variety of our vibrant communities in Southwest Florida and get your holiday family portrait taken for FREE at one of our Welcome Home Centers! This year, Santa is bringing the magic of the North Pole to Southwest Florida by spreading holiday cheer at multiple locations with the help of his holiday helpers. Don’t miss the chance to meet Santa, share warm smiles and enjoy the holiday spirit while touring our beautifully decorated models. This event is open to the public. See you there!

Dec 14: Cape Coral Model Home Grand Opening
