New Forsyth Plan Opens for Touring on October 21
Earlier this year, Lennar Atlanta, a division of Lennar (NYSE:LEN), the second-largest residential builder in the U.S., launched The Gardens of Harmony in Canton (Cherokee County). On Saturday, October 21 from 11AM-5PM, The Gardens of Harmony will host a Model Grand Opening featuring the beautifully-decorated Forsyth model home. Lennar Atlanta’s new home specialists will on hand to answer any questions, and as part of the model grand opening celebration, a BBQ lunch will be served and visitors can register for a chance to win a YETI Tundra cooler.
The Forsyth
The Forsyth is one of Lennar Atlanta’s newest family plans. The spacious home (2,769 sq. ft.) offers a bright island kitchen that overlooks the breakfast area and large family room. The formal living room is great for entertaining or may be turned into a stylish private study. Four bedrooms including a peaceful owner’s suite with spa-like master bath, as well as a generous loft and a convenient second-floor laundry room can be found upstairs.
The Interior Partners designed the warm and welcoming model home. “We went for a vintage industrial vibe to highlight the great Forsyth floorplan,” says Cindi MacPherson, partner with the renowned interior design firm. “Our color palette is quite neutral, with warm taupes and greys, and we have incorporated a lot of texture to create that elegant organic feeling that speaks of style and comfort.”
