Resort-style community opens Welcome Home Center and four model homes

 Master-planned community on 440 Acres in Cumming – Offers single family, Active Adult and townhome living

 On April 22 and 23, Mountain Crest, Forsyth County’s resort-style master-planned community located on 440 acres in Cumming, including 150 acres of common space, will celebrate its grand opening with fun activities for the whole family.

“This will be the first time that young professionals, growing families and active adults will have the opportunity to learn more about what it would be like to be living in Mountain Crest, our beautiful new master-planned community off Bethelview Road, west of GA 400,” says Patti Dunn, Director of Sales. “Everybody is welcome – it’s going to be a great event.”

The Grand Opening will take place on Saturday, April 22 from 10AM-4PM and on Sunday, April 23 from 1-4PM. ‘cue Barbecue will serve lunch, there will be live music courtesy of Big City Entertainment, a bounce house with slides, face painting and balloon art, and cooking demonstrations will be held in one of the model homes.

Homes will range from the mid $200s to the $600s.
