Relationships are key to Danbury Farms’ success

In March 2016, New Home Consultant Shelley Call of Cumming joined Lennar Atlanta, the local division of the nation’s second largest residential builder, and in just one year, she has established herself as one of the company’s brightest stars, selling five homes in Danbury Farms in Forsyth County in just the last 30 days.

Shelley has helped many new homeowners make the decision to move to this new, centrally located Lennar Atlanta neighborhood that features 113 homesites and 26 acres of green space.

“It’s all about ‘people to people.’ To help buyers realize their dream of homeownership, it is important that I really understand their individual needs. Buying a home is one of the most important decisions in their lives, and I treat everyone as if they are a member of my family,” says Shelley, who notes that a variety of homebuyers are attracted to Danbury Farms.

“For instance, I work with couples whose kids are grown and who want to downsize, but I also work with people who are moving up from a townhome, and with young families. I am genuinely interested in people and love to connect with them and learn about their different backgrounds and cultures,” she continues.

Shelley, who started in the real estate industry in 1987 and has been a member of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® Multi-Million Dollar Club since she was licensed in 2008, has also worked in property management. “That background has been really helpful to me and helps me relate to the wide variety of questions that new homeowners may have.”

In her spare time, Shelley, a mother of two, plays tennis and trivia, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
