Therese Brown, a successful North Atlanta area real estate professional, recently moved back to Woodstock where she rejoined Lennar Atlanta as a New Home Consultant.
She looks forward to reestablishing herself in Cherokee County, where she had previously worked with Lennar Atlanta and other area builders, and which she had called home for more than 19 years before.

Brown is passionate about helping buyers find their new home in a neighborhood that is right for them. “My objective is to build a strong rapport with each client, and to be there for them from the moment they first step through the door of one of our beautiful model homes til the moment I hand them the keys to their dream home,” she says.
Originally from Meridian, Mississippi, Brown has lived in the Atlanta area for 33 years, where she raised her three sons and two daughters. An active member of His Hands Church, she is very involved with its Women’s Ministry and also works with underprivileged children. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
