Lennar will debut three new home designs in the highly sought-after master-planned community, Harpers Mill in Chesterfield, Virginia. This is Lennar’s first new home community in the Richmond area market.
Pre-sales will begin this spring with just 30 homesites in the neighborhood of Haynes Bridge off Otterdale Road. Lennar will offer the Innisbrook, the Bonnington, and the Concord.
