Lennar Central Valley has extended self-guided model home hours to allow home shoppers to schedule tours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The extended self-guided tour hours will allow homebuyers to explore new home options in a way that works for their schedule and enjoy an overall better home shopping experience. Lennar-guided tours will still be available during normal hours from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Black Mountain Ranch masterplanned community to bring up to 900 home sites to prime location.
Lennar, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, announced today, the acquisition of 130 acres of land in Henderson, NV. Formerly the site of Black Mountain Golf and Country Club, the parcel provides stunning scenery in a prime location situated in the heart of Henderson. Lennar plans to develop and build Black Mountain Ranch – a masterplanned community of up to 900 home sites. Located adjacent to the Black Mountain Ranch Recreation Center, the new community will encompass five distinctive communities offering a wide array of home designs.
