Lennar this weekend will host the grand opening of two new collections of homes within McCord Pointe, a new community in McCordsville, Indiana.
The Stillwater collection will offer five ranch-style home designs for empty nesters while the Kingston collection will feature seven two-story home designs for growing families or first-time home buyers. All of the home designs feature spacious floor plans, state-of-the-art technology and a simplified home buying process through Lennar’s Everything’s Included® program. Many homeowners probably have just two cars, but several new home designs being offered in Hendersonville’s Durham Farms neighborhood have three-car garages perfect for anyone who needs a little extra space.
Lennar Homes have recently launched a new phase of construction in Durham Farms, located on Drakes Creek Road. Ten homes have been completed and are available for purchase and quick move-in! Prices of the new series of homes range from the high $300,000s to mid $400,000s, with square footage ranging from 2,308 to 3,081. These homes have three to five bedrooms and up to three and a half bathrooms.
“I meet a lot of folks who think a brand-new home is outside their budget, but once we sit down to help them compare apples to apples, they see that a new Lennar home is a fantastic option!” said Kate McClarnon, New Home Sales Consultant for Lennar Nashville at Durham Farms.

When complete, Durham Farms will have more than 1,000 homes on 472 acres. Farmhouse, the hub of the community
Homes in the new phase of construction are close to The Farmhouse, the community’s amenity center, and gathering space.

I know every neighbor on my street, now! Durham Farms originally appealed to my family because of the emphasis on community. I wanted my son to grow up in a friendly environment where he felt he was part of the community.”
