What does Lennar’s new-home warranty cover?

Our new-construction homes come with one-, two-, and 10-year warranties. Our one-year warranty offers extensive coverage of your new home, while the two-year warranty covers all electrical and plumbing. Our 10-year warranty is a structural warranty and covers the foundation and anything that is load-bearing.

What are Lennar’s closing incentives?

There are several closing incentives offered by our preferred lender, Eagle Home Mortgage. Our closing incentives, which can save you thousands of dollars, are designed to save you money while still finding the home that best fits your needs.

What will my total monthly payment be?

Diving into everything that goes into a monthly mortgage payment may seem intimidating, but remember that a brand-new home is an investment.

Most of our communities have Homeowner’s Association or Community Development District fees, which vary depending on the community and its amenities. For communities with a CDD, the fees are already incorporated into your monthly payments, which makes managing your bills a bit easier.

When you finance through Eagle Home Mortgage, you’re provided an estimated total monthly payment that includes the mortgage, taxes, insurance and any additional fees.

What does ‘Everything’s Included’ mean?
