Lennar and ICON are gearing up to release their first-ever 3D-printed homes for sale at Wolf Ranch, and VIP Registration is now open! Due to anticipated demand, Lennar will use a drawing process to select potential homebuyers for the first opportunity to purchase the first six homes available during the initial release. To participate in the drawing, homebuyers must register to become a VIP by following these steps:
Lennar will release six homes during the initial sales launch. Once homebuyers obtain pre-approval, they may register for the specific homesite they wish to purchase, with the option to register for more than one home and enter more than one drawing.
Set in Georgetown, just north of Austin, TX, the 3D-Printed Homes collection at Wolf Ranch is the largest community of new 3D-printed homes ever developed nationwide and will provide 100 homes once completed.
