San Ramon, Calif. – November 2018 – Lennar Bay Area celebrated a wildly-successful Grand Opening last weekend of their new masterplanned community in San Ramon, The Preserve. Hundreds of families came out to enjoy the fun festivities including complimentary food and refreshments, live music, trolley rides to each of the neighborhoods and for the first opportunity to tour the professionally-decorated model homes.

Lennar opened three new communities at The Preserve: Meadows, Foothills and Highlands. Every home at these three new communities comes complete with Lennar’s signature Everything’s Included® program, providing homebuyers with stylish features as standard. Quartz countertops, solar, stainless steel appliances and integrated home automation technology comes included in every new home – all at no additional cost!

Meadows at The Preserve presents a collection of courtyard-style homes available in four distinctive floorplans. These homes range in size from approximately 1,958 to 2,608 square feet and offer three to four bedrooms and two to four bathrooms. The homes at Meadows come in both two and three-story layouts. Prices start from the low $1 millions.

Foothills at The Preserve offers three distinctive floorplans of spacious, single-family homes. These residence range in size from approximately 2,295 to 2,680 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. All two-story designs, prices start from the low $1.2 millions.

Highlands at The Preserve is where home shoppers will find five distinctive floorplans to choose from and the largest homes available among the three new collections. These spacious two-story homes range in size from approximately 2,892 to 3,650 square feet of generous living space with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. High-end details include balconies off the master suite, split walk-in closets in the master suite, formal dining rooms and more per plan.

The two more communities coming soon to the preserve are Hillcrest and Ridgeview, which both now have interest lists forming and plans to Grand Open in 2019.
