Lennar is excited to invite prospective homebuyers to the grand opening of two new collections, Venice and Lombard, at their Boulevard masterplan in Dublin this Saturday, June 11th from 11 am to 3 pm. Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy light bites, fun activities, music and more -as well as be some of the first to tour the new model homes in both collections.

The Lombard collection offers single-family homes for sale available in three distinctive floorplan styles that range from approximately 2,384 to 2,785 square feet of living spaces. The residences provide four to five bedrooms and three to four bathrooms, with prices that start from the low $1.6 Millions.

Each home at Venice and Lombard will also come with added features and upgrades at no additional cost thanks to Lennar’s Everything’s Included® program. Notable items include stainless steel GE® appliances, quartz or granite kitchen countertops, a Ring security kit, whole-home wifi and more.
