Lennar announced they have begun pre-selling from their two newest collections to join the Boulevard masterplan in Dublin, Venice and Lombard. These two collections are bringing new single-family and paired homes for sale to the amenity-rich masterplan in the East Bay Area.

Venice brings a collection that includes both single-family homes and paired homes for sale, available in three floorplan options to choose from. Home sizes range from approximately 2,106 to 2,761 square feet with three to four bedrooms and three and one-half bathrooms. All three-story designs, the residences feature modern kitchens, first-floor bedrooms in select plans and open living areas. Pricing starts from the low $1.4 Millions.
