Tracy, Calif. – April 2019 – Lennar is excited to invite home shoppers to attend the highly-anticipated Grand Opening of three new communities at Tracy Hills on Saturday, April 13 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Attendees will get to enjoy complimentary BBQ, refreshments, desserts, live music from a Blue Grass band, a face painter and balloon artist for the kids and the first opportunity to tour the model homes.

Three new Lennar communities will be opening at the event, Larimar, Opal and Amber. Each community offers a collection of single-family home designs, including a Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home®, single-story and two-story designs that range in size from approximately 2,173 to 3,599 square feet in total.
Every new Lennar home at Tracy Hills will come complete with the homebuilder’s signature Everything’s Included® features at no additional cost. Showcased throughout the model homes, notable items include solar, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and integrated home automation. Additionally, each of the homes will feature Lennar’s innovative Wi-Fi CERTIFIED™ Home Design for whole home connectivity with no dead spots.
Available at Opal is a Next Gen® home design. Created for multigenerational families, these homes include an attached private suite that come with a separate entrance, living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette function as a separate home but with direct access to the main residence.
