Shafter, Calif. – November 2019 – More than 100 people came out to celebrate Halloween family fun at Gossamer Grove’s 4th annual Pumpkin Fest. Attendees painted pumpkins, enjoyed sweet treats and homeowners marched in their costumes in the Halloween parade.
