Bakersfield, Calif. – March 2019 – Lennar Central Valley is thrilled to release pricing to the public on March 29 for their all-new Summer Series of home designs at the Gossamer Grove masterplan, located at 7th Standard and Calloway. The Summer Series offers a collection of coastal-inspired home designs with open floorplans, modern kitchens and gorgeous exterior details. Models are slated to open later this spring.

Summer Series at Gossamer
Grove: the Reef floorplan, the Dune floorplan and the Seaside floorplan.
These floorplans range in size from approximately 1,400 to 1,880 and offer
three to four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two-bay garages. The homes will also
showcase modern open concept living spaces, well-appointed kitchens and
