Tulare, Calif. – August 2019 – Lennar is excited to announce they will release a new collection of homes for sale at Windmills from their popular Cambridge Collection on Friday, August 9. The collection features six distinctive home designs to choose from, including two popular Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® floorplans.

Windmills offer six floorplans ranging in home sizes from approximately 2,000 to 2,697 square feet, three to five bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. Included within the Cambridge Collection offered at this community is the Versa II plan and the Versatillian plan, both showcasing Lennar’s popular Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home®.

The two plans provide approximately 2,257 to 2,430 square feet of living space, and in the Versa II plan, the Next Gen® suite includes two bedrooms instead of one.

As a Next Gen® home designed with multigenerational living in mind, features include an attached private suite that has its own separate entrance, living room, kitchenette, full-sized bathroom, and bedroom. An interior door connects the suite to the main home allowing for the flexibility of privacy or togetherness.
