Lennar was thrilled to see such a great turnout at their recent Grand Opening event of the Pinnacle Series at Riverstone, located off Highway 41 and Avenue 12. More than 400 people attended the event to enjoy the festivities, which included a caricature artist, a facepainter, games and tours of the first opening of the Sentinel Floorplan.

The Pinnacle Series at Riverstone offers five distinctive floorplans to choose from that range in size from approximately 2,893 to 4,379 square feet of living space with four to five bedrooms, three to four and one-half bathrooms and three to four-bay garages. The Pinnacle Series at Riverstone are priced starting from the mid $500ks.
Lennar also showcased the never-before-modeled Sentinel floorplan. Being the biggest Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® floorplan offered in the Central Valley, the Sentinel floorplan offers five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms with a four-bay garage.
Lennar is also now selling new homes from their Skye Series and Chateau Series of home designs at Riverstone. Between both series there are eight distinctive floorplans to choose from with sizes that range from approximately 1,787 to 2,798 square feet with prices that start from the mid $300s.
