Lennar announced the first sales release of new homes from the Coronet Series and the Skye Series at River Island Ranch will happen on Friday, December 11. Located off Dinuba Boulevard and Riverway Drive in Visalia, the new community is the ideal place to call home. Homebuyers should get prequalified for their best opportunity to reserve their dream home after the release date.

The Coronet Series offers four distinctive floorplans to choose from. Featuring single and two-story designs, the homes range from approximately 1,787 to 3,240 square feet, with up to five bedrooms, four bathrooms and three-bay garages. Lennar will also offer one of their coveted Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® designs in the Coronet Series, the Rhapsody floorplan.
The Skye Series features four unforgettable floorplans to choose from that range in size from approximately 2,029 to 2,570 square feet of living space. This series offers three to four bedrooms, two to three bath and two-bay garages. The Skye Series also offers one of Lennar’s popular Next Gen® floorplans in the Solstice Floorplan.
Each home will come complete with Lennar’s signature Everything’s Included® program, providing upgrades and features such as stainless-steel appliances, integrated home automation and Wi-Fi CERTIFIED™ designs for whole-home connectivity at no additional cost.
