Lennar announced  that Anatole, located off Shaw and Grantland in Fresno, will release the first phase of homes from two collections of new homes for sale: The Clementine Series and Coronet Series on Friday, March 5. With a total of nine distinctive floorplans to choose from, including a Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® design, from the Coronet Series home shoppers will find options for families at every stage of life.

“Anatole is a highly-anticipated community and we’re delighted to announce our sales launch date for two desirable collections of home designs to this prime Fresno location,” said Susan Wilke, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Lennar Central Valley. “Prospective homebuyers should get prequalified ASAP for their best chance to purchase during the first phase release.”

The Coronet Series brings five distinctive floorplans available in a variety of exterior elevation styles. Home sizes will range from approximately 1,787 to 3,240 square feet of living space with three to five bedrooms and two to three and one-half bathrooms. A Next Gen® floorplan will be available in this series in the Rhapsody plan.

The Clementine Series provides four dynamic floorplans to choose from, with a variety of exterior elevations available. Home sizes in this series range from approximately 1,460 to 2,985 square feet of living space with two to five bedrooms and two to three and one-half bathrooms.

Each home showcases Lennar’s signature Everything’s Included® program, which provides added style and value with items such as state-of-the art appliances, quartz kitchen countertops, integrated home automation and more – all at no additional cost.

As a Next Gen® design, the Rhapsody plan available in the Coronet Series will feature an attached private suite complete with a separate entrance, bedroom, bathroom, living room, laundry area and kitchenette. This innovative design offers a variety of uses such as a home for extended family, aging parents, grown children or to be used as a home office, at-home classroom or as the ultimate guest suite.
