Lennar announced their newest collection of new homes for sale will be the Clementine Series of home designs, coming soon to their upcoming community Arboralla, located off of Shepherd and Clovis Avenue in Clovis. Arboralla will be located directly across the street from Heritage Grove.

Offering a collection of four distinctive floorplans to choose from, sizes range from approximately 1,460 to 2,985 square feet of living space. The homes feature two to five bedrooms, two to three and one-half bathrooms and two-bay garages.
