Lennar’s is excited to bring two new series to Gossamer Grove, The Clementine Series will begin selling Friday, December 4^th, and the Homestead Series, will begin selling on Friday, December 18^th. These two new collections will introduce seven new floorplans and elevations. Interested home shoppers are encouraged to join the interest list to receive more information on these new releases as soon as possible.

The Clementine Series is based off the classic Savanah Series, but enhanced for a more modern collection. The Homestead Series takes inspiration from the Cambridge Collection and will offer three new floorplans. Designs range from approximately 2,145 to 2,580 square feet with three to five bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. With open layouts for entertaining, stunning kitchens, expansive owner’s suite and flexible bonus rooms per plan, these homes will check every box on your dream home checklist.
