Home shoppers can also schedule a self-guided tour to experience the new plans firsthand.

The Coronet Series at Riverstone offers five distinctive floorplans to choose from with sizes that range from approximately 1,787 to 3,240 square feet with up to five bedrooms, four bathrooms and two to three-bay garages. One of Lennar’s coveted Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® designs is also available in the series in the Rhapsody floorplan. Featuring an attached private suite, it’s the perfect home for multigenerational families or could be used as a home office, at-home classroom and so much more.
