Lemoore, Calif. – October 2018 – Lennar is excited to announce that the VIP Program for the California Series of home designs at Reverie is now open! In an effort to make buying your dream home easier, Lennar Central Valley has created a way for homebuyers have the exclusive opportunity to receive pre-model pricing and reserve their homes before public release.

Lennar Central Valley is launching the program for California at Reverie, prior to the first sales release on November 2. For home shoppers to become a VIP member all they need to do is follow two steps:

1. Get prequalified, Lennar has a preferred lender, Eagle Home Mortgage (EHM), eager to help
2. Upon a confirmation email from Lennar Central Valley, call 559-994-6567 to arrange for your exclusive VIP only meeting prior to the public release on November 2.

Benefits of the program include one-on-one mortgage counseling with Lennar’s preferred lender and the ability to view early bird pricing and reserve your preferred homesite before public release.

Lennar will offer five dynamic floorplans in the California Series at Reverie, with Spanish mission-inspired exterior detailing and open-concept interiors. These single-story homes range in size from approximately 1,580 to 2,171 square feet with up to four bedrooms, two bathrooms and three-bay garages.

Lennar also plans to offer their Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® design at Reverie. This revolutionary home designs offers great flexibility and enables today’s families to accommodate a multitude of dual living situations.

As a new Lennar community, every home will also come complete with the homebuilder’s signature Everything’s Included® program. The program outfits all their new homes with a series of high-end features, such as stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, integrated home automation technology and more – all at no additional cost.
